Kari Olson serves as Disbursing Agent for Chicago Title’s Minneapolis National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Kari joined the Minneapolis NCS in 2006 as a residential closer moving over to the commercial side of the operation in October of 2013 performing construction disbursing. She has 20 years’ banking experience and spent 10 years as a closing manager for a Chicago Title agency operation in South Dakot

Kari’s construction disbursing experience includes multi-million dollar projects such as multi-family housing, senior housing, office warehouse, as well as a billion dollar multipurpose stadium. Kari’s favorite way to spend time is with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys the great outdoors, especially gardening, fishing and hiking.
